Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026. Tankette.io (“the game”, “we”) is operated by LittleDot Technologies LLC.

By playing the game or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. Who can play

The game is for players aged 6 and up. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

• Players under 13 should play as guests. Signing in with Google or Discord is for players 13 and older, or with a parent's permission and supervision. (Discord requires its users to be 13 or older.)
• Purchases by anyone under 18 must be made by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• You can play as a guest. Guest progress is stored with a random id in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data or change device.
• Signing in with Google or Discord saves your progress to an account you can use on any device. You're responsible for the security of the account you sign in with.
• You can delete your account at any time in the game (menu → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and erases your coins, gems and items.

3. Coins, gems and items

• Coins are earned by playing. Gems may be bought with real money. Both are used to unlock items in the game's shop.
• Coins, gems and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use virtual content in the game. They are not property, have no cash value, and can't be sold, traded, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for real money.
• Everything in the shop is cosmetic. Items change how things look and sound. They never give a gameplay advantage.
• All purchases are final: we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires otherwise. Purchases made through an app store (Apple, Google) are also subject to that store's refund rules.
• We may change prices, items and the in-game economy.
• If we ever shut the game down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the game, and refund your unused purchased gems in proportion to the price you paid for them. For example, if half the gems from a pack are unspent, you get half of that pack's price back. Gems received for free (rewards, promotions) aren't refunded. To claim, contact us at tankette@littledot.tech before the shutdown date.

4. Fair play

Don't:

• cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, or exploit bugs;
• attack, overload or try to break into the game or its servers;
• use multiple accounts to gain an advantage or to farm rewards;
• pick names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate others;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside the game.

We may remove names, reset progress, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of virtual items obtained through the violation.

5. The game is provided “as is”

We work to keep the game running, fair and fun, but it may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times. We may update, add or remove features, items and content. To the extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its artwork, sounds and code belong to LittleDot Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them, except for sharing screenshots and videos of your play.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless your local consumer laws give you the right to bring claims where you live.
